City of Farmington to Collect Annual Utility Fees

 

Farmington, Missouri (June 5, 2026) – The Missouri Department of Natural Resources requires that the City collect an annual fee from all water utility accounts. This fee pays the cost of operating of the State testing lab for testing of our public water and sewer systems. 

 

The additional charge is collected annually during the June billing period for Farmington utility customers and will be shown on the utility bill as “Water Primacy Fee” and “Sewer Connection Fee”.
