Farmington Water Park Announces Temporary Closure Following Medical Emergency

Farmington, Missouri (July 21, 2026) – The Farmington Water Park will be closed on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, following a near-drowning incident at the facility.

Shortly after 8:00pm on Monday, July 20, 2026, a child was observed unresponsive and taken from the pool by a lifeguard. A staff member from the St. Francois County Ambulance District was on site at the time and immediately began administering CPR.
